Brian K. Ayers is the Associate Pastor and Director of Operations at Sweetwater Baptist Church. Brian served as Minister of Youth and Education from

February 1998 to August 2001.  After pastoring eight years in North Carolina, Brian returned to Sweetwater as Associate Pastor and Minister of Youth in July 2009. In March 2019 the church changed his position from Minister of Youth to Director of Operations.   

Brian grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a graduate of Wingate University with a B.S. in Human Services and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity w/Christian Education. He is married to Jane Ayers who teaches elementary school and they have two daughters, Rachel and Madison. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
